Armitage Village home sales have been steady in 2012 , peaking in April. Homes Sold quickly and for within 3% of the listing price. In May the average Sold price dropped as the market slowed and the buyers had more listings to choose from and were able to negotiate. Most of the homes  Sold this year were detached homes wih very few townhomes or condos on the market.  Interest rates have remained low and inventory levels of homes have also been low , keeping our market steady and strong.  

The Detached homes in Armitage Village are typically large 4 or 5 bedroom family homes in the 2500sq ft range and up. The lots tend to be larger and many are ravine lots as the neighbourhood sides onto the Bailey ecological park with walking trails and paths accessible from many parts of the neighbourhood. The semi detached models are tucked into their own enclave at the south end of the neighbourhood.  There are a couple of townhome areas Caribou Valley Trail which are luxury condo towns and and additional area off Shannahan Blvd.

In addition there is a co op townhome complex at the north west of the neighbourhood.
